What data we collect

Job alert subscriptions: If you create a job alert, we collect your email address and the search criteria you define. This is used solely to send you matching job notifications.
Account data (when available): If you create a candidate account, we collect your name, email address and any profile information you choose to provide.
Apply clicks: We log job apply click events (job ID, timestamp, country, device type) for fraud prevention and affiliate reporting. We do not collect or transmit your personal details to employers — we redirect you to the employer or source website where you apply directly.

Affiliate tracking
When you click “Apply” on a job listing, your click may be recorded through a tracking link that passes through our servers before redirecting you to the employer or partner site. No personally identifiable information is shared with affiliate partners.
Third-party job sources
Job listings on QuickJobAlert may originate from third-party sources including licensed job APIs, employer careers pages and government recruitment portals. Each listing clearly states its source. When you navigate to an external site, that site's own privacy policy applies.
Data retention
Job alert subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Account data is retained while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request. Server log data is purged after 90 days.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email info@quickjobalert.online.
